Personal Spendings is committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within Personal Spendings use any information collected from individual customers on a need to know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Client records are treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Personal Spendings will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Personal Spendings may be used by anyone. Some services provided by Personal Spendings require that you create an Account with Us. You may not hold more than one (1) Account in connection with Your use of Personal Spendings. We reserve the right to close Your Account(s) if You open multiple Accounts.
Personal Spendings is free to join and provides basic functionality to all users. Premium Services are available as paid services. Payment methods include Neteller, Skrill and Paypal and may be changed at any time. In case Premium Services are used, a monthly recurring subscription fee will be billed from the subscription date, until cancelled in writing via email to info@personalspendings.com or cancelled by the user within their account.
You can cancel your account at any time by emailing your request to info@personalspendings.com or by cancelling within your account.
Both the Client and Personal Spendings have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered. Service begun and/or underway are active and require a payment to Personal Spendings, regardless if that user has used the website in any way. If the Client cancels the service during a month, no refund shall be awarded, however the Client will have complete access to the paid services until that month’s subscription has ended, at which time the user will have access to the free subscription at no charge.
All information provided by You and recorded on Personal Spendings' database is managed with care. However, we cannot guarantee this information will be always available. Personal Spendings does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. Personal Spendings provides tools to perform backups of key information, including "accounts" and "transactions" and strongly recommends you to perform regular backups. By using this service, you thereby indemnify Personal Spendings, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the express written consent of Personal Spendings.
